NO after sales service!!!

On 7 March 2013 I bought a Ford Focus 1.6 Trend from Centurion Motors Group. Rupert Botha was the salesman who sold the car to me & he assured me that everything that is supposed to work on the car does work & the car was through the test. Before I bought the car I took it for a test drive, but I didn't test all the electrical parts. On the 8th of March I let Rupert know that the electrical windows doesn't work. How did the car go through the test with the electrical windows not working? Did the car actually go through the test? I contacted Rupert & Basie Steyn (sales manager) through a lot of e-mails & phone calls & all they did was make empty promises. Every time I had to phone them, both of them promised to come back to me, but neither of them ever did! Every time they promised to come & fetch the car, but it never happened. They made a lot of promises & excuses! I will never recommend anyone to buy a car from them, ever! They advertise on their website that their cars go through the 101 point test, but they don't. Don't ever buy a car from them, you won't get the service that you deserve. Today is the 21st of June & they still haven't done anything on my car.
