Pathetic Service since day one

From day one of recieving my mini cooper s from this dealership there has been a shudder, after numerous times of returning the vehicle the shudder has never gone away. The dealership gave me a loaner car that broke down 3km from where I took delivery of it. They want to claim against my mechanical insurance for the problems on my vehicle. Anton Brits never contacts me back I always have to phone and find out what is happening. Im currently sitting with a vehicle in my works basement that Im paying a high instalment on That Anton refuses to fix and I have to walk to work. What pathetic service and will never recommend them to anyone
