Repairs not done well

Good day,

I took my phone in at Vodacom World Repairs centre 2 weeks back because it was giving me problem, the guys assured me that it was fixed, only to find that later on it started giving me problems and I took it back in. All of a sudden the 2nd time around they told me that it is liquid damage. My concern is why didn't they pick it up the last time I took it in that it had liquid damage.
