Where to go to fix my car? Renault does not know!

I've had a stone chip on my panoramic roof turn into a crack two weeks ago. Renault R24 could give me the quote on the parts but not fitment as they don do it themselves, I was referred to a glass fitment company who in turn turned away as they do not do those kind of repairs, I drove to Renault SA in Bruma and spoke to Peter who promised to answer me in a day or two. A week later I phoned again to which he would have called back in a few minutes, it's now two days later again! I should just sell the car and go back to what I know. First Renault in my life and utterly unimpressed!
