I have never come across such bad service as I received from the Parow branch, both before and after sales. Bought a car with a torn weather strip, squeaky brakes, no ashtray or lighter, no spare key, was told to bring it back to get sorted, took it in this mornign, was emailed the same day to say they had ordered the wrong weather strip, the brakes had not been sorted out yet, when I called Bridgette who is the sales person that helped me, I was told she would call me back, but didnt. I had to wait a week after I purshased the car to have it registered, when I went to put on the number plates the rivet gun was not working I had to come back, I was also told by Bridgett that the car would be given to me with a full tank but when I picked up the car she said she could only give me R250 worth of petrol that she took from her car, (this is not an issue but if you are not able to sell a car with a full tank of petrol dont say you will). Hence my passenger door is without a weather strip, my brakes are still squeaking do not have a spare key... and I am not able to take the car in again as I need it to get to work.
