Failure to supply a spare key

In May this year we bought a vehicle (toyota yaris) that was advertised on line, the deal went throught and approved, the day i fetched the vehicle it was at around 5pm, we the sales person brought the car to me, the car was on empty tank fuel, the reserve light was on and he told me there s nothing he can do about it, he used the petrol to limpopo to let the deal signed by my mom, another sales person came and took over he matter and they managed to organise at least R250 and put petrol in the car, the car had no jack to replace the spate wheel, everything had to be taken out of another car on the floor, the licence disc of the car was expired in march already, i had to take their dealer plate number, which it took him 3 weeks to finaly give me the registered licence disc, they had no spare key which i still waiting for at the moment, we bought the car for my mom in limpopo, the car s stil with us in pretoria waiting for the spare key.th sales person by the name of Ofentse Williams is avoiding our text, last he to say he finaly got the key, since May its now September McCathy Toyota stil failing to give us a spare key for the car.
