I bought a Mercedes Benz Viano from Leisure auto sales 3 months ago with Full Mercedes Benz service history. I was only given the service book when I collected the vehicle and it did not show all services. They promised me that they would get this sorted, but could not - Their latest reply was that there is something wrong with MB's computers.

The car had numerous problems and every time I took the car back it stayed there for a week or two before I got it back with most of the problems not fixed. When I collected one time, it did not have brakes - I drove it back and their driver started to fix the brakes in the driveway (no wonder they cannot get the problems sorted)

The electric door now opens by itself and when contacting them and telling them that I am not happy with their service and that I would like to know where they will be taking my car to get it fixed, I was told by the owner, Rod, to
