Car was purchased 13 December 2013. Failure to deliver on what was promised - number plates were not ready i waited more than a wk, every time i called i heard a new excuse.
AA report a copy was not handed to me, and only emailed more than a week later, the car is Auto report says its manual. I was suppose to get a full tank of petrol, i did not receive a full tank.
I was told with the car sale i get a free holiday, its actually a paid holiday.
CD Player is not working, after a few calls the car was collected on the 23 December 2013, and the number plates were fitted same day, car was to be taken to Paardein Eiland to sort out CD player, and my fuel was to be re-imbursed. Car was taken, CD Player was not fixed and petrol not reimbursed. Salesman neither called to inform me, nor answered my calls or sms's,
I thus called the manager on Thursday 9th Jan 2014, who said he would ask the salesman to call me and get things sorted. salesman got his colleague to call me to say the car would be collected today, Monday 13th January 2014, i had to call after 10am to find out the car was only going to be collected after 3pm. No1 bothered to inform me. Petrol is once again promised - to be seen
