I noticed that there was a loose clip in my boot, I asked the salesman to help me to clip it back, which he then broke the clip off completely.

He tried to order the chrome strip from France, and arranged with me to have the clip fitted. The morning I was ready to visit the dealership, I received a phone call telling me that the strip was the wrong color, no one even bothered to check the strip before phoning me or that it arrived in South Africa.

After about another 8 weeks I followed up again, as I phoned 1 or 2 a week
About a month ago I was told again to come to the dealership, as they have a damaged vehicle and would have used that chrome strip to fit on my car.

When I arrived on that Sat, the consultant wasn't there.
After waiting for two hours in the dealership, I was told that they could not replace the strip and also broke off the other clip on my chrome strip, then they glued the broken strip to my vehicle.

I was phoned again last week as the new strip has now arrived and made arrangements to go there Mon morning. no one was aware of the fitment of my chrome strip, I was told again to come in on Sat which will make it the fifth time in five months that I have to go.
