PATHETIC SERVICE

I have received the most pathetic service from Human Auto. I took my Fiesta in 5-6 times already for noisy brakes and i even replaced the brake pads as the company requested, but it is still as bad as the first time, October last year. Then i took my car in for the door lock, brakes and aircon that was not working. The aircon pump has supposably been ordered, i phone weekly and i am still waiting, they even made me make my own appointmnet at anpther company for warranty work on my vehicle, the car stood there all day but because Human Auuto had no parts the other company could not do any work. The weather is terrible in Kimberley and my aircon is still not fixed and no one has phoned me from Human Auto still. Brakes still schreeching as well.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
