Poor service

This has been the worst ever service I have received from McCarthy. I took my VW Polo its service on the 5/2. Amongst other things a long outstanding fault had to be fixed. When I collected my vehicle the afternoon, only to find that no of the assembly in the boot was completed. However the vehicle was washed and waiting at the gate ready for collection. I took it back along with the breaks which needed to be replaced. Only to received my vehicle back now with breaks squealing. I called Leon on the 11/02 and he promised to call me back. Till today I have not received feedback. McCarthy has always given superior service and my vehicle always came back in top condition. Now it came back with more problems than when it went in. I use this vehicle for my work and travel almost on a daily basis. I cannot afford to be without it. Is this how McCarthy deals with client?
