When a salesman from a motor vehicle dealership did not call back as promised, I called Key Truck, Mobeni branch. My call was transferred to Neelan, who has pulled out the stops of ensuring a fantastic deal on a demo model bakkie. Without having to travel to the showroom, Neelan has gone the extra mile by bringing the vehicle to my place of work on two occasions. He has seen to the completion of all the paperwork, he has co-ordinated the installation of all the extras at no inconvenience to me. At time for the vehicle collection, he has offered to pick me up from work. He, along with his FI colleague, has put a fantastic financial deal together.
