Poor Ethics and Worse Attitude

About a year ago I extended my BMW motor plan on a 335i at a cost of around R20 000.

About the same time I had reported an issue with the climate control system to JSN BMW (it was only blowing cold air out of the drivers-side vents... semi warm air on the passenger side)

The issue has been reported 4 times in the last year. Each time it was logged as an issue, JSN said they would look into it and returned the car saying it had been fixed - they had NOT fixed the issue. When I called to report the matter again days later I was informed that the car could not be booked in because the Motorplan had been suspended.

I had, simultaneous to the latest service timing, arranged the repair of a minor dent in my passenger side door. The insurance co has authorised the door part to be ordered from BMW. This then resulted in a suspension of the MP. I contacted BMW SA and was informed that the suspension would be lifted to enable the replacement of this part which had nothing to do with the dent in my door. They are now refusing to honour their commitment unless I extend my MP for another year (cost R54k) when I called to confirm arrangements this week!!

I'm disgusted at the lack of ethics
