Poor, pathetic and incompetent service

My wife recently took her Citroen C4 for 40 000km sevice, at Citroen Centurion. The previouis week the faults were explained in detail. Passenger door hinge faulty, seat fails to recline and dual climate control displays degrees fahrenheit instead of celsius. My wife also requested the old parts be left in the vehicle.
When the car was collected, she noticed that the the climate control displays had not been fixed. When this was questioned she was told that it was not possible to fix it and a new part has to be ordered. Once she arrived at home it was noticed that the door hinge had not been fixed. A lady that works with my wife spent a few minutes on Google to see if she could fix the displays and went to the car and mananged to fix them in a matter of seconds. This after my wife had previously called about 3 different citroen dealers and was told the car needed to be booked it to have the correction made - Which now not even the mechanics could fix as its easier to order a part but it was not specified exactly which part was going to be ordered. The vehicle was not even properly washed after the service and when opening the bonnet it looks like it was not touched at all.
