Over sized parts

On the 7th of Sept 2013 I bought wheel bearing kit (10787) from goldwagen in Alberton the same day I had it fitte and the one bearing was over sized by 2mm. I took the bearing back to Goldwagen and Dan helped me with my complaint. He checked with the stock he has and came back to me saying that theirs are also oversized. He phoned his Head Office and same thing was said. Dan said that HQ would like to see the bearing and he would get back to us about the refund. He then phoned me a few days later saying that HQ says its operator fault not theirs
