Shocking service and Vehicle filthy and damage

Between 26 November and 3 December I kept trying to find out how long it would take to repair my car. I wasn't contacted ever. I had to keep making contact. 3 Dec I get an email appologising for the lack of communication and that my quote is x amount and 4 days required to fix vehicle. I email on day 5 - get no response. I email on day 6 - response: that I can collect car at 11. Collect car - no one comes and speaks to me about the things that couldn't get fixed or anything. I just get given the keys and told where my car is parked. I notice the interior of drivers side very dirty. Get the car home to discover: car mat and carpet on drivers side is ruined with grease and oil, carpet inlay in door filthy with grease, A pillar covering - filthy. Wall of foot well next to accelerator is filthy. Door handle and leather behind it is filthy. Front passenger wheel has been ground up against the pavement with major scrapes on the edges of it. Drivers side front bumper has deep scratches in it. 3 gouges in the paintwork at the drivers side indicator light. I emailed my disgust with photos and received no response.
