Outrageously Poor product and Poor service

I bought my brand new CHERY TIGGO last year 29 November 2012 and problems after problems became noticeable. A week later the grey cover inside the rear door had started opening on the sides and eventually fell of over the weekend, I reported the matter, the cover was re-fitted, but little did I know more problems were looming with the car. I informed the sales rep (Johan Peterson) and told him I want the cover permanently fixed; that never happened guess what.
21 December 2012 I noticed a bending on the end corner of the door which was worsening each time one opens the door. The bending was coming from the /bolted side of the rear door which appeared to be fasted too tight.

It became evident that the rear door had a manufacturing faulty from day1, when my spear wheel cover came off on the road without any indication and I went back to report the increasing problems with CHERY Midrand service department and I was shocked when told that they can't assist saying I should have inspected my car at the time of the sale. I reported the matter to Customer Care- CHERY SA on 6 March 2013 and to date nothing has been done no follow up, any reference and I mean nothing from customer c
