DHL 2 day delivery is rather a 6 day. Ripoff

My DHL express delivery is suppose to be 2 days.

The parcel left the UK on the 4th, traveled for the 5th and arrived in JHB at 23:17 on the 5th, now (6th) the consultant tells me that the parcel can only be delivered on the 9th due to my address being an out lying area, which it is not.

Passing my parcel on to a third party who obviously cannot handle the work load to deliver on time as paid and agreed upon.

This means that DHL is in breach of the service they promised to deliver, a service which I paid for. I paid for a 2 day express delivery and not 6 day excuse delivery.
