Alpen Autohaus Motors
Bought a car with a broken radiato

Cars & Transport

I bought a 2002 BMW 320i from Alpen Autohaus CC in Parow on 26 July 2013. I paid for the car cash. I left the garage to go to a funeral and also to give the salesman Gerhard the necessary time to copy all the paper work and also to do the roadworthy certificate which I paid extra for in cash. Upon arrival I was given all the paperwork which he made copies of for their records and extra conditions were written on the invoice after it being signed by myself and which I would never have signed if this was the case. I visited the garage on 3 August 2013 (a week later and the first time I had some time available as your business close before I get home from work) and again on 10 August 2013. I contacted and emailed Gerhard several times regarding the BMW having a problem with the radiator and he keeps telling me his boss is not available. It costed me over R5000 to fix all the problems and still nobody from the garage bothered to phone me and the boss/owner is just never available to speak to.
