This guy fixed my garage doo

I called the person out off the Record (Centurion) news paper and he accepted the job off fixing my garage door who made a crusting noise. He came on March 1ste and quoted R1000 witch I accepted. He insisted in cash payment witch I did. He gave me an invoice and stated that his work is guaranteed for 3 months. The door did not close properly as before he worked on it en the buttons in the garage no longer works. I contact him constantly since that time with only promises but he never pitch to fix his work. This is going on for more than a month now. At the moment when I phone he just disconnects or do not answer.
