I have 4 complaints

1. My last four shipments have been such a headache with DHL and seems to get delayed for days, and no one seems to be able to give me a proper answer as to why. Was even told once that my own ID number was wrong! Its like they make up excuses to justify the delay.

2. The communication is poor. I always have to phone and ask what information is needed. For example i'll will phone in and be told i need to pay duty, Two days later i'll phone to find out what the delay is only to be told that they need my importers code. Surely they can get all the information needed on the first day!

3. I did a complaint on the DHL website and I'm still waiting for any sort of reply.

4. I still waiting for someone to open my DHL account. What was offered to me telephonically, Then ofter not hearing any thing, I filled in the form online, When was contacted, two days later, only to be told that someone will come and see me. Well I'm still waiting for that to happen.
