Bulls Eye Auto
Car broke down

Cars & Transport

Good day
I trade in a Nissan Hard body Bakkie on a Chevrolet Captiva at Bulls Eye Motors in Silverton on the 27th August 2013. On the 28th August my son went to Durban with the car and just after Pietermaritzburg the car broke down, a problem with the turbo. The car was repaired after 3 weeks according to the dealer and was bring back to Pretoria. I was to on many occasions and contact the bank, Mr C Coetzee of MFC contact the dealer. Mr Siets Pretorius, the salesman assures me that it is only the turbo that was the problem and will be fixed at Stallion Turbo services. Two weeks back I was told that the car will be fixed but they wait for one part that are still faulty because someone glue a part together. Mr Pretorius and the owner of the dealership promise me that the car will be ready and I will receive the car on the 14th October 2013, that didn't happen because the computer box is now faulty. I was so angry and want to cancel the deal, I already paid a payment on the car and 2 payments on the insurance. Mr Pretorius didn't answer his cell phone on Friday 18 October 2013 but with a sms I was told that I own R38000.00 if I cancel the deal. Already 2 months later and no car.
