International delivery

The worst experience I ever had with an international courier. First delivery to Italy took months to be delivered. It cost me more money you can imagine on sale due to late delivery. Missed a whole growing season. Second delivery to Turkey not even picked up yet. Only excuses and all of a sudden I do not have an account with TNT. How come? You told us that you cannot deliver anything on a cash basis - I need to open an account.
I am finished with TNT.
