Absolutely the worst courier - AVOID

I cannot understand why the delivery of a credit card has to be so difficult, I have been unable to get them to reliably deliver my FNB card for TWO WEEKS now.

They have zero respect for your time, often wasting it by making appointments which they they can be relied upon to miss, requiring you hold their hands to follow up with what is happening with the delivery. If by some miracle they contact you (instead of you having to contact them - which is far more common), they will say they have to "wait for a courier" and then try reschedule - this is their typical "we can't give you a delivery time" line, which they seem to believe absolves them of all responsibility to deliver when they say they will.

They seem to have no concept of prioritizing missed deliveries, often putting them at the end of the queue for the next delivery, which only serves to risk them being missed again.

Absolutely the worst courier service I have ever experienced!

I cannot understand why FNB continues to use them. A word to the wise, FORGET getting your card delivered to you, rather get it sent to your branch and pick it up yourself. It'll get there quicker and with FAR less hassle.
