Internet Express
No update on product delivery after 2 weeks

I used internet express's express delivery function (2 days max). to deliver an important document for me. Since the day they picked up the parcel there has been no feedbck regarding the delivery. It should have been delivered on 27 Dec on the latest.

This is unacceptable. The document they collected is the original of its kind and i hope to they did not loose it.
