Poor service and incompetent

I was involved in an accident and sorry for me my insurance being budget send my car for repairs at tc auto body by the begining of august and thats when my nightmare started! after that i started getting sms telling me the status of my repairs on my car and after 3 weeks i decided to call and find out when can i collect my car and since i never received any phone call .thats when i was told by the lady that they dont have parts and the supplier is on strike, when i told her that the sms said my car was assembled already with parts and she jst told me to wait she is gonna check after her finding she apologised for giving me wrong information and that my car is now ready to be send to quality dept, the following day i get told that the car does not want to start and they send it to their agent being last week, again they dont know wats the status on my car with
their agent, well i can not believe that companys like that still exist in the 21st century were people dont bother to follow up.i still need to know when their agent will bring back my car and they tell me they dont know as well.i m even thinking if it will be fiexed 100% the way they are so incompetent.
