My wife had an accident on 06 June 2013. Car towed by these guys for repairs in their workshop. Insurance authorized everything in time. After the insurance authorized everything, we asked how long it will take to fix the car. The told me 10 working days. Ten days later I was told there are outstanding parts and will come not long. Parts arrived and when I called I was old they have started working on the car and it will take 10 working days again. I went there yesterday only to find that the car is yet to be painted, the axle is yet to be fixed, the bumper is yet to be repaired. And imagine earlier in the day I was told that the car will be ready in 10 days time. Imagine yesterday was the expiry of the previous 10 days. My wife borrowed a car from work and it now sounds bad and dishonest when she keeps telling them that she will return their car in 10 days. It end up looking like she is messing them around all because the workshop is giving us wrong information. She ended up giving the company car back because she couldn't keep up with the. THIS IS EXTREMELY BAD AND POOR SERVICE. Today is 19 July and again we are told 10 days. This is unacceptable.
