Budget cant seem to fix my ca

My car has been booked in for Re-Assement repairs and booked at SilverStar Auto body. In December the autobody called me to fetch my vehicle citing that the factories for parts had had closed for the year. Upon delivery my front light had been cracked I immediately informed them and was told the issues would be soughted. Called Budget to help me sought this issue but I get put on hold and people promise to call back but they dont. Please Sought this issue once and for all. I have had enough this is the 2nd Panel Beater and my car is still not fixed but instead getting more damaged instead. Sought this out Please!!!
