I took my vehicle in for the second time with the same issue. It has taken them 3 days to give me the diagnosis, I have to follow up with them and they still cant advise when I'll get it back with no courtesy vehicle. My vehicle is still under warranty and I feel like they are dragging their feet. I hate that I have to follow up with them, especially because THEY didn't fix the issue the first time I took the car in with the exact same problem.
