Excellent Service

My girlfriend has been in the market to purchase her first car for a while now. We had seen many cars and had been in contact with many car "salesmen". Many of whom just wanted a quick sale, which was evident. After many months of searching we came across an ad for a used Renault Clio at the Pmb Dealership. I made the call through to Renault and was politely transferred to Roux. Roux then agreed to bring the vehicle in question over to my girlfriends place of employment, pick her up and come through to mine. After test driving it the decision was made. Apart from a slight issue on the finance side, which was no fault of Renault, the experience and service had been brilliant. It took just 3 days to have everything in order once the finance has been approved. Even the after service had been great as there was a slight issue with the cv booth on the vehicle. Roux asked me to bring the vehicle in, he arranged his driver to drop me off at work, they sorted out the vehicle and had it delivered to me within a few hours. I commend Roux and the team at Renault for the great service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a used or new vehicle. Well played Renault Pmb!!!
