Replaces New parts for Extra Money

Please plaese dont ever use this company.

I booked my car in for a full services, i accepted their original qutation which tripple the amounth that they advertise a full service from R595 to R1500. Then they came back to me with a qutation of R6700. With the car getting old i accepted to pay. When i got to pick my car up, they never even look in the Service book (it was on the passenger seat, not stamped) So i took it to them to stamp, then only did they see but they replaced parts i replaced in the last service. I was just told that they asumed it had to be done because of the milidge on the clock. When i confronted them i was told that it had to be replaced due to a high risk of breaking again. I spoke to other mechanics which confirmed my suspision that they are trying all excuses. So what does n great company like this do, ignore and hope you go away! Please please dont ever trust any of the franchisee, they fall under the expected replace parts, the client will never know and then we play dumb. They think cause you are not a mechanic they can tell you anything. JOB: 11674
