Horrible Service WITH DAMAGES

I have never been so disrespected in the time that I have been here in SA. When I tried to speak to your worker - not sure of his name- he was the fat guy - he completely disregarded what I was saying & interrupted me by speaking to his co-workers and then laughing. There was constant laughing when I spoke. I do speak with an accent.

I tried to tell them that the one thing that I wanted to be careful of was my refrigerator. They disregarded me and laughed. Well, mine is quite an expensive fridge and I wanted them to be careful to not dent the stainless steel front. Well, of course, they didn't listen and disregarded my wishes and they put the fridge on its side while putting it onto the truck and dented the stainless steel door. I was livid. I know that I have no recourse with this and would never expect compensation because it seems the caliber of your operation is not up to par with the other moving companies. After they moved my cream colored couch, there were black fingerprints all over it. They broke a large plastic piece off of my treadmill and didn't bother telling me. I am DISGUSTED with the service I received from this company. I have emailed the owner.
