They were meant to laser cut and laser engrave 50x stainless steel platelets according to a very detailed drawing. Firstly they cut it with a saw and never started engraving them at all and when i collected them a month later nothing was engraved even though they repeatedly told me their bits were breaking continuously. And then on top of that, all the dimensions were not according to drawing specifications (hole diameters etc). When i asked for my deposit back they only gave me a partial amount back because they told me they had to cover their expense for the stainless steel. And they are still in possession of my stainless steel. Completely unprofessional and unethical.
