RUSTING OF CUTLERY

I bought a stainless steel cutlery set in July, in less than six months the spoons have rust, the spoons are also breaking apart. I did not expect stainless steel cutlery to rust but it seems as if its not real stainless steel. I also bought a comforter set, which is already terribly looking, because of this, I am so but closing my Mr Price Account this weekend. This is unacceptable. We expect quality but that is not what we get from Mr Price. I am deeply disappointed.
