I had a bad experience with my Nissan Tiida, I was driving along the R511 near Hartbeespoort when a truck forced me off the road causing some damage to engine mountings and the ABS system, I had the suspension repaired where after the problem was still not resolved, I decided to take the car to Nissan to have it repaired.
I am new to the Nissan Experience as this is my first Nissan ever so I had no clue which Nissan dealership to go to, but I decided to go to global Nissan Sinoville. I have never experienced such a level of customer care ever from any company, the technicians told me straight away what the problem is with the car, didn't have to guess as with my other two German and Jap cars. the service advisor gave me a very reasonable quote to fix the damage on the car and when the time arrived for me to pay the bill, it was even less than the original amount quoted. I cannot praise Global Nissan Sinoville high enough for their great service. I would recommend them to every person driving a Nissan. This is the type of service that builds customer relationships for life! My Nissan will from now on only go to GN Sinoville. thank you for everything. Kindest Regards Neil Prinsloo
