3 Months and still no help!

Cars & Transport

My Nissan Juke 1.6 broke down without any warning on the 11 June 2013. But between Nissan Sinoville and SA they can't seem to fix it. I have contacted the customer care Manager Coreen Nagel and tried to get hold of the owner of Sinoville and of Nissan SA even contacted the owner of Global Nissan (Arnold du Plessis) but he doesn't even care. They can't seem to tell me what exactly went wrong, they said it was the injectors and then moved to the Catalytic converter, and then it was my pistons. They waited almost 2 months for the parts and to create the codes on their system for the parts. But then the onboard computer of the car was broken, and now they ordered a new oil pump for the car... I don't know what it's going to be next. They told me it was not my fault the car broke but they won't help me with a new car. The manager of Nissan Sinoille did however tell me I am costing them money for every hour my Juke is in there service bay, how rude? They gave me a loan Micra 1.2 to drive when I am paying every month for a top of the range Juke. I don't know what to do anymore and they do not seem to know really what is going on, It's been longer than 3 months now and they just don't care!
