Rudeness and ripoff on Radio code issues

I bought Nissan Juke from Global Nissan 2011 December from Abe Mamabolo, who left Nissan in January 2012, his clients were given to Alpheus who assisted me with number plates and so on, come June 2013, my battery died and my radio couldn't work, I called Alphues and he told me to check my service book, there is a space for radio code, but nothing is written on it, he then told to book the car in so that they can code it, this morning to my suprise, I have to pay R300 for the code, I am asked him how can they expect me to put code on the radio if they didn't write it for me in the first place. When I spoke to Alphues he gave me attitude and told me he didn't sell me the car, in a rude manner, he then tranferred me to Musa who told me there is a card in the service book, I told him I didnt even know there radio had a code and I am not going to pay if they never gave it to me. I called Abe and he spoke to Alphues and told Alphues will get back to me and I don't have to pay. I am disgusted with the kind of service and attitude I got from this two gentleman and their manager in on a course... Nissan Sinoville ..I woun't advice anyone to buy a car there
