Pathetic Major service on Pajero

I spoke to Gareth at SAC, who assured me that they know these vehicles very well. He quoted me R6600 for a major service, I agreed seeing that it was less than the dealer's quote. I booked the vehicle in and ended up waiting more than a week for a major service to be completed. Upon collecting the vehicle I ended up paying R8200 for the major service. All the things they were suppose to check was not checked, Squeaky hinges, some cab lights still not working, screaming power steering belt and list goes on. I spoke to Gareth again about my concerns, he then told me to e-mail him all my complaints, which I did. It's been more than a month now after several e-mails and phone calls to SAC, still no response from Gareth. I still have not seen all the old parts which were supposed to be replaced, which raises even more questions and concerns.
