I had taken my Nissan Tiida for a minor service to the Global Nissan in Sinoville/Wonderboom, on the14th Jan 2014 . When I took the car in, they asked if there is anything extra that they can do. I told them to replace my front-left headlamp and replace the fanbelt. I did this because I wanted them changed, not looked at, but completely replaced, since I was gonna pay for it.

However, I did pay when I returned to fetch the car later that day. To my disappointment I found that the extras I had asked them to do had not been done. I am seriously furious with that.
