I went to 1First car to take their car back ask about my refund time which the 1 lady said to me it takes 5 to 7 days, then I say to the lady I feel thats a long time for me to wait while you guys are sitting here enjoying a daily interest on my money and ask for a customer service manager who could may be make understand the refund waiting period.

This one dude comes to me with a straight face no introduction, so I ask the guy if he's a customer service manager and he say yes then I tell him my unhappiness iro the refund frame and he says now it actually takes 8-10 working days, now the time frame to wait for my money is going up, then I tell this guy this is unacceptable for me, why is this not on the terms and conditions, he goes on to say but we cant put everything on the conditions. But this is a legal matter since my money is involved. I signed a rental agreement which says nothing about my refund frame but it tells all about their payment. I then ask this guy for a business card with his details on and he gives a blank card with company contacts only, so I asked the dude to write his name and position on the card and he doesn't want to, continues...
