We just dont care

What an experience I received from Citroen. I have call several times over two days just to get a booking for a service. They promise call backs but never call you back. I eventually spoke to the servicing manager (Keith or Kenneth and promised a call back, but nothing happens. They wont do a booking a unless they have a VIN number or registration number, how pathetic. Well the lost me as a customer, will hopefully try another branch.
