Not getting my parts

I have been trying to get two items out citroen for almost a month now and the client that needs the parts installed in his car is becoming furious and as are we. This is crazy.!!! This guy tells us he will get back to us and then we don't hear from him. We desperately need the parts. Something has to be done about this. I don't want free. I just want to purchase the items that I need for the front right hand window, which is a rubber and a windo control mechanism.
