Citron West Rand denies breaking my ca

After taking my vehicle to Citroen West Rand for a Major service and replacement of shocks in December 2012, the vehicle has gone back about six times for other faults. The next day we felt the front wheel set of control arms were very loose and Citroen found that we could have had a major accident if they came loose. This one day after the service. I have complained to the Service Manager more than once that it is my opinion that the mechanic does not know what he is doing. I also complained that the engive fan was going on early in the morning when I was barely out of the yard, which they said is normal, and I know it is not normal. In early January 2013 before going on appointments, I stopped with my son and wife at Citroen to find out about a strange noise in the engine. The mechanic said it was good to drive.. I left for Heidelberg and in Heidelberg smelled something burning and got a little smoke into the cabin, stopped but with my technical ability could not see anything wring. After all we founf that the aircon stopped working and it was due to the main belt breaking and we drove like that, and suspect that the engine has been damaged. Citroen SA promised a report but...
