TNT not time sensitive or reliable

An express parcel from our Australian office with critical documents has still not been delivered! After more than 45 phone calls in the last 4 days I am no closer to getting the parcel. Between dealing with 3 ladies and clearing highlighting how urgent we require the documents, phone calls have been cut off, on hold for more than 11 minutes, promise to return calls nonexistent, feedback and updates vary between each phone call. AND STILL NO PARCEL
