Volkswagen MAKES a FACTTORY FAULT MY PROBLEM!!

I bought a brand new VW Pol GT in November 2011. The vehicle had a factory fault the dashboard rattles... Ive been having no joy from Vw Mooi Street and the FNP Feizel Sidat is just plain down rude. The branch at mooi street has tried numerous times to fix the dashboard, Lenaisa Vw aswell twice the vehichel has been worked on about 7 times still not fixed. I have to keep on taking the vehichle in and its costing me money and time. I nausiated by the service i am getting and then Feizel has the nerve to tell me his trying to assist me after im still sitting with the problem almost 2 years later.
Pls assist me urgently... It will be highly appreciated.
