I purchased a brand new Toyota Fortuner from CMH Toyota in Alberton. Since day one I had problems with this vehicle. The Radio had to be repaired 11 times, the tyres had to be replaced at 20000 km due to running off unevenly, the chassis appears to be bent as the boot pannels don't line up. There are severe rattles from the rear side pannels and the dashboard. I had this vehicle returned 12 times already and it is still not completely fixed. I also purchased the Navigator Radio when I bought the vehicle, but had to replace it again with the original Factory radio as they could not get the R 13 500.00 radio / Navigator to work properly. I paid interest on the R 13500.00 for one year before my money was refunded, without the interest. Toyota has been sitting with that vehicle for 2 weeks at a time and I din't have transport at all.

Charles Webber from CMH Toyota promised me that he will take the vehicle back and settle my account. But now he went back on his word and refuses outright to settle the defective vehicle. I now sit with what was supposed to be a brand new Toyota Fortuner that rattles so bad that I cant drive it any longer. Toyota insists that it is fixed.
