Excellent service by Mary, Volkswagen Mooi Stree

I phoned Volkswagen Glen for the third service on my vehicle and was turned away - sorry we cannot help you until next week some time. I travel to Koster in North West for my son every week and lost track with the km on my vehicle, and had to have the vehicle serviced urgently before loosing the warranty. I then tried another branch close to my residence which was Volkswagen Johannesburg (Mooi Street). Mary said they can only help on Thursday this week and from Wednesday next week. Thursday I had to go and pick up my son again in Koster, so I have to do it before otherwise I loose the warranty on my vehicle. Mary asked my number and said she will try and see what she can do and let me know --- before lunch time (on 25/3/2013) she phoned back to say that she can help me on Wednesday. Mary I cannot tell you how much this is appreciated!!! Kind and fast too!! This is no complaint but to compliment!! Thanks again!!!
