Thank you Feizel for trying to assist me with the call. I know that you tried.
I received my annual price review and was more than dismayed. Being a loyal Auto & General customer for more than 10 years, I expected a reasonable annual increase. Feizel tried to assist as best he could. Just not good enough to ensure the retention of a (Soon to be EX LOYAL CUSTOMER).
