What a star!

I took my car in for it's 45, 000km service this morning and asked that it please be returned during the day as I live on the other side of Cape Town... I received a text from Patrick at 14:10 saying the car is ready for collection.

I called to ask that someone please collect me and I was picked up by 14:30 as Patrick immediately gave the phone to the driver. Upon arriving, there was a delay with assistance as Patrick was at the workshop and no one else seemed inclined to assist despite 3 of us standing there... When Patrick walked in he immediately knew who I was & apologized for the delay. He went through all the service details and confirmed what had been done before asking me to sign the required documents. The car was cleaned, Patrick opened the door for me and went the extra mile of opening the boom despite security standing by.

I remember he was this helpful with my 30, 000km service too - I hope he is noticed as he definitely makes the ordeal much less painful and you drive off smiling every time!
