AWESOME SERVICE

I went to drop off a friend at the airport and helped him push the trolley to the check-in counter, i then left the friend to check-in and went back to the vehicle within a mInute only to find the car missing. 1st thought was that the vehicle had been. I then called the SAPS and whilst holding a security guard approached me and told me the car had been towed. I went to ACSA and was told i must pay R650 towing fees which i didn't have. I was the offered to be taken to the car to remove my stuff with my now traumatised daughter in tow. Was then dropped off at the departures terminal. From there i went to Budget and i was proffesionally assisted by Mellissa Muthia who informed the Manager Dewett Strydom of my plight. Even though the vehiicle was hired to my sister who is in hospital, these two outstanding people proceeded to help me by paying the towing fee and within an hour we were on our way home. Big up to Dewett and Mellisa for assisting me and my daughter in our unfortunate dilemna, you've won a lifetime client in me and my family. I will tell whoever that cares to listen about this cause excellent customer service exist profoundly at the O.R tambo Budget branch. Thank you
